Communities across the state have indicated that they are struggling with child care and its impact on attendance and employee retention. That is why Aligned Impact Muscatine partnered with Early Childhood Iowa Muscatine County and the Community Foundation of Greater Muscatine to assess the child care needs in our community. The survey was available in English, Spanish, and French. It was distributed to employees of 16 large employers in Muscatine County. Paper packets were also distributed to an additional 20 medium to small businesses throughout the county.
